McRae Tech has introduced Orchestral, a health-focused AI orchestrator data platform designed to support large-scale, governed use of artificial intelligence across healthcare systems.
Orchestral connects healthcare data sources with AI models, agents, and workflows, allowing organizations to deploy AI in a coordinated and controlled manner rather than through isolated pilots.
Ian McCrae, founder of McRae Tech, said the platform addresses a long-standing gap in healthcare IT, where systems often consist of large data repositories or disconnected AI tools with limited ability to scale safely.
The platform is built around three integrated capabilities that manage health data ingestion, AI model governance, and workflow development, enabling analysts and clinical teams to convert complex data into actionable insights.
Lucy Porter, CEO of Orchestral, noted that healthcare systems worldwide face rising costs, workforce strain, and diagnostic errors. She said many organizations are turning to AI but lack the infrastructure required to deploy it reliably across entire health networks.
Orchestral is intended to act as a central foundation for health AI, supporting trusted data use, explainable models, and system-wide coordination.
The platform was developed based on decades of healthcare data engineering experience and reflects McRae Tech’s focus on enabling practical, scalable AI adoption in healthcare delivery.
